The Skeleton (DURAGAL® Steel)

We use a fully galvanised AS/NZS1163-C350L0 steel frame as the internal structure, preventing sag and ensuring maximum rigidity.

Grade 1: 50x50x1.6mm Profile

Grade 2: 65x65x1.6mm Profile (Heavy Duty)

The Skin (Premium Aluminium)

Featuring 65x16mm rust-free aluminium slats with precise 10mm gaps. It provides a low-maintenance, powder-coated finish with zero oiling or painting required.
