Great Barrier Online – Shipping & Delivery Policy
As most products offered by Great Barrier Online are custom built or made to order, processing times may vary. Products available through our online store will generally be processed and shipped within 2–4 weeks. For custom orders and larger quantity orders, additional processing time may be required.
If there are delays outside of our estimated shipping times due to high demand, supply issues, or other unforeseen factors, you will be notified by email or phone.
Great Barrier Online works with various delivery partners to ensure the products you order are delivered in a safe and timely manner. We use our own trucks to transport goods to our nominated delivery partners or depots.
At checkout or at the time of quotation, you will be advised of your nearest delivery partner or depot, along with the applicable shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for organising collection of goods from the nominated delivery partner.
If we do not have a delivery partner in your area, an additional shipping charge may be required. This cost will be calculated and quoted prior to checkout or quotation acceptance.
Great Barrier Online also offers courier delivery for eligible orders and locations. Courier costs will be calculated at checkout or quoted prior to order confirmation. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier availability. Great Barrier Online is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once goods have been dispatched, where such delays are outside of our reasonable control.
Some delivery partners may offer delivery from their location to a nominated address if you do not have a suitable way of transporting your goods. Any additional delivery charges are payable directly to the delivery partner and must be discussed with us prior to checkout or quotation acceptance.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon collection from the delivery partner or upon dispatch via courier. Great Barrier Online and its delivery partners will not be held responsible for how goods are secured, handled, or transported after collection or dispatch.
Failure to collect goods from our delivery partners within 7 days (unless we are notified in advance) will result in the goods being returned to Great Barrier Online. Additional shipping and handling charges will apply if the goods need to be re-delivered or collected from Great Barrier Online headquarters.
If goods are not collected from our delivery partner within 7 days, or from Great Barrier Online headquarters within 30 days, the goods will be deemed abandoned, disposed of, and no refund will be offered.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
